Finances - Fees, Scholarships

Aichi University has a special financial aid system for all international students with a student visa who are studying at their own expense. Any such student who is registered as a graduate, undergraduate or junior college student is entitled to a 30% reduction in tuition fees. International students who graduate from the Junior College and transfer to an undergraduate course, or undergraduate students who are accepted into the Graduate School, may qualify for a further reduction in tuition fees. In addition, special scholarships are awarded annually according to merit.

Aichi University has a tuition fee reduction system for international students. For those who have completed the predetermined procedures and have been deemed eligible for the reduction, their tuition fees are reduced by 30%.

Note, however, that to apply for the reduction, international students must maintain the status of residency of “College Student” as of April 1, 2023. If a student whose status of residency is other than “College Student” intends to change it to “College Student,” but does not complete the change procedures by April 1, he/she will not be eligible for the reduction in the spring term. In such a case, his/her eligibility for reduction will be applied in the autumn term or later.
