Aichi University has a special financial aid system for all international students with a student visa who are studying at
their own expense. Any such student who is registered as a graduate, undergraduate or junior college student is entitled
to a 40% reduction in tuition fees. International students who graduate from the Junior College and transfer to an
undergraduate course, or undergraduate students who are accepted into the Graduate School, may qualify for a further
reduction in tuition fees. In addition, special scholarships are awarded annually according to merit.

Financial Aid for International Students:

A study visa is required when applying for financial aid.

- Terms for eligibility
All foreign students studying at the Undergraduate, the Graduate or
Junior College at their own expense are entitled to this tuition
fees reduction. Applicants are to fulfill several official
procedures to meet the requirements.
- Amount of the reduction
The amount is 40% of tuition fees.
- Aichi University Internal Scholarship System
This system provides Aichi University Internal Scholarships for international
students studying at their own expense.

In addition to Scholarships provided by the Japanese Government, public
municipal organizations as well as private organizations have scholarships
available for those who apply. Academic records of the preceding year of the
students are examined. When official procedures are completed and
requirements fulfilled, students are entitled to the scholarships.
